RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At NUCLIEON SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, we value your trust and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Please read our simple and transparent return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Window
We accept product returns within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.

3. Refund Delays
Refunds may take additional time due to bank or payment gateway processing.

  • Contact your card issuer or bank for delays.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

  • Only products bought at regular price are covered under this policy.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, faulty, or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, write to us at nuclieonsolutions@gmail.com. Approved exchanges are processed within 4–5 working days.

Cancellation Policy

At NUCLIEON SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, we understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind. To make it simple, we offer a flexible cancellation policy with clear terms.

1. Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by writing to us at nuclieonsolutions@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Cancellation Charges
A small cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ₹50 (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
If your order has already been dispatched, shipping charges will also be included in the deduction.

3. Conditions for Cancellation
Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they are packed in our warehouse. Once packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
